             Self-Love                    Coaching Sessions

These coaching sessions are designed to help improve your self-confidence, caring for yourself, setting healthy boundaries and maintaining them, feeling beautiful, being happy with being independent, being happy with being yourself, and improving your self-awareness. The tools and services I provide during this time will help improve those topics. These can either be purchased in the form of one single session which will discuss your month ahead in self-love; or a more immersive 4-week long coaching session, getting more specific on each week for the month in self-love. Scroll below for more details on what is included.
